Sokolik kucharz

KABANOS SAUSAGES WITH RED DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 packaging Sokoliki pork with veal kabanos sausages 
  • 400 g your favourite natural cream cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons ayvar paste
  • pinch sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon tomato purée
  • salt, pepper
  • vegetables (e.g. yellow bell pepper, cucumber) as an additive 

Preparation

  • Put the natural cheese in a bowl. Mix with ayvar paste, paprika and tomato purée. 
  • Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with kabanos sausages vegetables cut into strips.
