Sokolik kucharz

KABANOS SAUSAGES WITH PEPPER DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 packaging Sokoliki pork with veal kabanos sausages 
  • 400 g natural cream cheese
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
  • salt, pepper
  • vegetables as an additive (e.g. carrots)

Preparation

  • Dice the peppers very finely and put them in a bowl (set aside 1 tablespoon for decoration). Add natural cheese and chopped thyme and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  • Put the dip in a decorative bowl and sprinkle with chopped red pepper. Serve with kabanos sausages and vegetables cut into strips.
